Tách hạt ngô, rửa sạch qua rổ để mày ngô bong ra, để ráo. Trứng gà đánh tan.
Đun một nồi nước sôi thêm xíu muối rồi thả ngô vào luộc khoảng 3 - 5 phút. Sau đó đổ ra rổ và xả lại bằng nước sạch cho hạt ngô được bóng mẩy. Rồi trộn đều gia vị vào ngô.
Sau khi đánh tan trứng, đổ trứng vào cùng ngô khuấy đều lên. Sau đó cho bột vào đảo đều để ngô dính một lớp áo bột. Rồi dùng muôi thủng hoặc rây lọc ngô để phần bột rớt xuống.
Bắc chảo lên bếp thêm dầu và bơ. Để bơ tan chảy và nóng già thì múc từng muỗng ngô vào chiên. Khi thấy lớp áo bột bọc ngô vàng đều thì cho ra đĩa có lót giấy thấm dầu. Làm như vậy đến khi hết ngô. Chúc các bạn thành công!
